The Right Arm (1)

Stage 1 – Placing the Stickers
Step 1

Using tweezers, affix an Adhesive Sticker to the External Arm Cover, as shown.

These vinyl stickers provide a slick surface that will prevent damage to the arm while adjusting the joint position:

In the same way, affix another Adhesive Sticker to the Internal Arm Cover, as shown:

Stage 2 – Connecting the Elbow to the Outer Arm Cover
Step 1

Retrieve your Right Forearm assembly from Issue 9 and fit the exposed tab onto this post of the External Arm Cover, as shown:

Step 2

Secure the Right Forearm assembly to the External Arm Cover with one (1) EM screw.

This is your friendly reminder to try using 3-in-One Oil on all screws going into metal:

Stage 3 – Fixing the Shoulder Joint
Steps 1-2

Retrieve your Right Shoulder Joint and Joint Fastener from the previous issue. Slide the Joint Fastener over this post on the end of the Shoulder Joint, as shown:

Step 3

Slide this end of the Right Shoulder Joint into the matching slot of the External Arm Cover, as shown:

Secure the Joint Fastener to the External Arm Cover with two (2) EM screws, capturing the Right Shoulder Joint into place as shown:

Stage 4 – Closing the Right Arm
Step 1

Fit the Internal Arm Cover to the External Arm Cover, as shown:

Step 2

Secure the Internal Arm Cover to the External Arm Cover with two (2) EM screws:

After this issue, we now have our upper right arm nearly completed! There is only one detail part to add in the next issue.
