The Right Forearm (3) and Elbow

Stage 1 – Inside Cover, Right Forearm
Steps 1-2

Retrieve your Right Forearm assembly from the previous issue. Press the three pins of the Right Forearm Cover into the matching holes of the Right Forearm (Inner), as shown.

This is a press-fit and does not require any screws:

Stage 2 – Elbow Guard
Step 1

Press the two pins of each Elbow Cover into the matching holes on either side of the Elbow Guard.

This is not mentioned in the instructions, but these Elbow Covers are marked ‘R1’ and ‘R2’:

The sides of the Elbow Guard are also marked ‘R1’ and ‘R2’ to indicate which Elbow Cover goes on which side:

And, the two pins of the Elbow Covers are different sizes to ensure these are fitted the correct way.  Once installed, the black grooves on the Elbow Covers should both be facing the same direction, as shown:

Stage 3 – Joining the Elbow Guard and the Forearm
Steps 1-2

Press the square socket of the Elbow Guard onto the square post of the Right Elbow assembly, as shown.

Make sure this is installed correctly – the black grooves of the Elbow Covers should be pointing towards the Right Forearm:

Thoughts
